A study in 2022 found that 46% of Gen Z Australians use TikTok at least weekly to help them in their spiritual life. In the broader population, more than 1 in 4 Australians use Facebook & YouTube on a weekly basis to help them grow spiritually. How do we discern what is true theology and what is ‘TikTok theology’? How do we build a firm foundation to our faith that will not be shaken by the next trend or ideology?
